It features extension spring counterbalance technology that makes raising and lowering the backboard quick and easy, and the front leveling and stabilizing feet are also easy to adjust. The tempered glass backboard has DuraSkin backboard padding, and the base and beam have vinyl-covered padding to reduce player injury. Plus, the rim mounts through the backboard directly to the structure to eliminate stress on the backboard during play and keep it from getting damaged.
